Some rooms feel cramped, especially for two. The HVAC units can be pretty noisy, potentially disrupting sleep if you're sensitive to sound. It would be nice if the bathroom maintenance was more thorough-some corners had lingering mold, and the shower took ages to warm up. The view from the back rooms isn't much to boast about, but at least they provide some peace and quiet away from street noise.

Central location was a plus.

I was upgraded to an updated king room with balcony. The hotel's location was marvellous, so close to Broadway theatres, Bryant Park and main subway routes, and subway 4,5,6 and Grand Central Station.

Nice and ideal location, 10 minutes' walk to Rockefeller Center. Brand-new, practical units provided with balloons, a balcony plus nice bathroom.

great stay but minor room detail could improve

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with a full-size balcony, fostering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, particularly Bethany, Britney, and Kelsey, were accommodating, helping to make my proposal even more nice.

The balcony view, though pleasant, could benefit from some landscaping for a more inviting appearance.

It has perfect and exceptional location for visiting Rockefeller Center.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to Midtown East. The airport was 0.5 miles away. There were brand-new, neat rooms with full balcony and a bottle of prosecco and a nice bathroom.

Just an ideal choice for shopping in New York with good price-quality ratio. The bed was really comfy and the air conditioning worked well in the heat. Make sure to tell housekeeping your check-out time to avoid early knocks on the door.

Super friendly staff and comfy stay

Had a pretty good experience! The staff were super nice and always around when we needed help. Our Corner King room was spacious and clean, with a good working space. Just wish there was a second chair in the room, it was a bit cramped when we needed to work together. Enjoyed a drink at the bar too!

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with shopping tips on my first visit, and one time they provided an umbrella in the rain. Highly recommend it for your next trip. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!

Our stay was fantastic, especially the heated bathroom floors, the really good cleanliness of our room, and the delicious room service we ordered. I would definitely return!

We had an amazing experience, especially when the staff helped us bring in last-minute wedding items and set up our room perfectly for our big day. There's a cozy rooftop bar for relaxation and the step-out balcony was a nice touch for some fresh air. The only hiccup was that our room felt a bit small, but it didn't take away from our wonderful stay 🎉

After a few visits to other hotels in new york, my experience at this one was so good. The staff was cute, and the corner king room with a balcony was a perfect spot to unwind, complete with a great shower and perfect amenities.

The modern decor of the room was good, with soft grey furnishings and beautiful wood flooring, made the space inviting.
